Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients more than 18 years old who need hemodialysis by central venous catheters 3 times a week informed patient consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of thrombocytopenia following heparin administration Lack of informed consent of the patient

MeasureTime frame
Catheter-related infection. Timepoint: At the beginning and end of the study and if there are signs of infection during the study. Method of measurement: Culture from catheter sample and peripheral blood sample.;Catheter thrombosis. Timepoint: At the beginning and end of the study and if catheter ineffectiveness observed during the study. Method of measurement: Observation of catheter thrombosis and complications in successful dialysis in full time period during routine dialysis sessions.

Dialysis efficiency. Timepoint: At the beginning and end of the study. Method of measurement: calculating Urea Reduction Ratio ( URR ) and Kt/V.
