Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing hemodialysis patients who receive 3 times hemodialysis in a week age > 18

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental and memory disorders Inability to read and write Having vision and hearing disorders

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2.5 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Quality of Life Questionnaire version 1.3 (KDQOL-SF) and a special questionnaire for ESRD patients.
