MeasureTime frame
The percentage of people whose sirtuin 1 levels are modulated. Timepoint: Measurment before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: For measurement, it was measured using the ELISA kit of Zellbio, Germany, with a sensitivity of 1.5 Pg/ml.;The percentage of people whose memory index has increased. Timepoint: before and after the intervention. Method of measurement: MoCA test.
