Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in need of restorative procedures for caries in the permanent molar teeth of the lower jaw. The tooth is alive Patients who have received a mandibular block anesthetic injection and still have pain. The amount of caries is one millimeter inside the dentin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People under 15 years old Refusal to participate in a research study Lack of proper participation Causes and problems that prevent the administration of topical lidocaine 10%.

MeasureTime frame
The amount of pain you feel. Timepoint: Approximately three minutes after the intervention. Method of measurement: numberic pain rating scaile.;Numbness. Timepoint: Three minutes later, the interior begins. Method of measurement: Parkell - Pulp tester.
