Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not suffering from known physical and mental diseases that affect the quality of self-care, such as depression and schizophrenia, epilepsy and cancer (except diabetes and blood pressure), which require a special diet. Being literate in reading and writing Physical ability to participate in meetings

MeasureTime frame
Madanlo treatment adherence questionnaire, which has 40 items, the range of scores varies from 0 to 200. A score of 75 to 100 percent means very good treatment adherence; (50 to 74) percentage points, meaning good treatment compliance; (26 to 49), mean mean treatment compliance score; and obtaining (zero to 25) points was considered as poor treatment compliance. Timepoint: Before and 6 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Completing the questionnaire before the implementation of the intervention and six weeks after it and obtaining a score between 0-200.;Specific questionnaire of quality of life of kidney transplant patients (KTQ-25) includes five domains, and the total scores of each domain are 7 highest quality of life scores and one lowest score. Timepoint: Before and 6 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: Specific quality of life questionnaire for kidney transplant patients (KTQ-25), which has a total of 7 highest quality of life scores and one lowest score.
