MeasureTime frame
Vascular wound healing status of type 2 diabetic patients. Timepoint: Weekly for 12 weeks. Method of measurement: The wound healing score will be measured using the Wound Healing Assessment Scale (BWAT). This tool contains 13 items, which include the evaluation of wound size, wound depth, wound edges, destruction of the underlying tissue, type of necrotic tissue, amount of necrotic tissue, type of exudate, amount of exudate, skin color around the wound, edema of the tissue around the wound, stiffness of the surrounding tissue. , granulation and epithelialization of the wound.;Vascular wound care score in type 2 diabetic patients. Timepoint: Weekly for 12 weeks. Method of measurement: The patient's vascular wound care score will be evaluated using the Diabetic Foot Self-Care Behavioral Scale (DFSBS). This tool contains seven items and two sections. The items in the first part evaluate the participants' behavior during a week, and the second part usually examines the frequency of the behaviors.
