Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria include all patients referred to Shahid Beheshti Hospital who are candidates for PCNL surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a UTI in the preoperative urine test Coagulation disorders in preoperative examinations Anticoagulant medication

Abscess and infection. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Visual observations and laboratory tests.;Fever. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Use an accurate thermometer.;Urinary leakage. Timepoint: After surgery. Method of measurement: Close clinical observation.;Number of days of hospitalization.
