Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: They were fluent in Persian language. They were studying in the first secondary level. They were willing to participate in study and resilience training sessions. They had physical and mental health according to the health file. Written consent of parents and students
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two sessions Unwillingness to continue attending the research process Not doing the specified assignments in training sessions
