Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with ischemic stroke for the first time With a stable physical and medical condition Patients' satisfaction to participate in the study Not participating in similar research training programs The ability to connect the patient or a family member to a smartphone and internet connection and familiarity with the use of smartphones No history of illness or mental disorder according to the documentation of the patient's file The patient's awareness of the time, place and person

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic stroke patients Patient dissatisfaction Non-cooperation Unstable clinical conditions Patients with uncertain diagnosis of stroke

MeasureTime frame
The specific quality of life score for stroke patients has a score between 49 and 245, and a higher score indicates a better quality of life. Timepoint: three months. Method of measurement: Specific quality of life questionnaire for stroke patients, William et al., 1999.;The scores of the self-efficacy questionnaire are 17 to 51, and high scores indicate a high level of self-efficacy. Timepoint: three months. Method of measurement: GSE-17 General Self-Efficacy Questionnaire.
