50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with the age range of 50-65 years People with grade 2 and 3 of osteoarthritis as diagnosed by an orthopedic specialist and based on the Kellgren and Lawrence system classification3- Having at least 3 of the 6 clinical symptoms of the American College of Rheumatology criteria, which include:• Age over 50 years,• morning dryness that lasts less than half an hour,• sensitivity to touch in the bone margin,• Hissing sound in active joint movements,• Bone enlargement that is mentioned in the examination,• Absence of palpable heat People with predominant right leg involvement (if the lesion is bilateral, the involvement of the right side should also be predominant) People with limited knee range of motion Proficient in Persian language Have a minimum pain score of 4 or more People with involvement of the internal compartment of the tibia-femoral joint

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Knee joint replacement or tibia osteotomy on the affected side Have knee surgery in the last six months Neurological conditions that affect organ function (Parkinson's, stroke and multiple sclerosis) Inability to walk without help People who have recently undergone treatment or exercise for knee osteoarthritis People who are prohibited from performing pain management techniques, such as lack of sensation and epilepsy Traumatic injury of the knee Advanced cardiovascular diseases Severe joint inflammation Obvious mental health disorder History of another rheumatology disease that causes secondary osteoarthritis.

PAIN. Timepoint: before treatment, session 10, 1month after treatment. Method of measurement: visual analogue scale(0-10),.;RANGE OF MOTION. Timepoint: before treatment, session 10, 1month after treatment. Method of measurement: degree of knee flexion range of motion by goniometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Functional ability. Timepoint: before treatment, session 10, 1month after treatment. Method of measurement: KOOS questionnaire, tests of getting up from a chair in 30 seconds, fast walking 4 times on a 10-meter path, step in 15 seconds.
