Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly people aged 65 and older who suffer from sleep disorders and fatigue. Be covered by the health center. Based on the health center's records, those who are not suffering from cancer, heart disease (including extensive MI, enlarged valves, coronary artery blockage and other heart diseases that lead to reduced physical ability and increased fatigue), depression, chronic lung disease, hypothyroidism, MS, Parkinson's, rheumatoid arthritis, Guillain Barre syndrome. Willingness to participate in the intervention Being oriented. Presence of sleep disorder based on the PSQI scale that scores 6 or higher. Presence of fatigue, based on the IFS scale with the scores of 30 or higher.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of cognitive impairment according to the AMTS score. Presence of hearing impairment according to the result of whispering test
