Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with oral sinus communication aged 20 to 70 years Patients who have had oroantral communication for less than 48 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have had oral sinus communication for more than 48 hours. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases such as uncontrolled diabetes. Patients with blood platelet disorders Patients with cardiac arrhythmia Immunocompromised patients Patients taking corticosteroids Patients who have taken aspirin before surgery. Patients with a history of chemotherapy and radiotherapy Patients with sinus pathology

MeasureTime frame
Closure of sinus oral communication. Timepoint: 21 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.
