Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patient with shoulder and neck pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: previous shoulder and neck surgery cervical radiculopathy, osteoarthritis, myopathy, major depression, Fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome Life-threatening metabolic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus, Cardiovascular, neurological disease, coagulative state) Pregnancy BMI more than 30 kg/m2 no cooperation
