Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years 2. Being able to communicate verbally 3. Having diabetes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated or severe psychiatric illness 2. Having severe clinical disorders 3. Use of psychiatric medications 4. Defects in completing questionnaires 5. Missing more than two sessions in therapy sessions 6. Being in the acute phase of the disease and being hospitalized 7. Receiving psychological interventions simultaneously or within the past 3 months 8. Having substance abuse
