Intervention group: Milrinone or norepinephrine drugs will be administered to patients as a 24-hour infusion.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Heart Failure by a Specialist Physician Heart Failure Patients with FC III Having Literacy Skills (Reading and Writing) Absence of Inotropic Drug Use in the Past 4 Months No History of Stroke No History of Chronic Diseases (Cancer, Respiratory, and Kidney Diseases)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unstable Angina History of Myocardial Infarction in the Last 3 Months Uncontrolled Hypertension (Greater than 180/110 mmHg) Malignant Ventricular Arrhythmias Current Use of Drugs or Alcohol History of Chronic Diseases (Cancer, Respiratory, and Kidney Diseases) Chronic Infection or Systemic Chronic Disease Lack of Consent to Participate in the Study
