Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having a medial or distal ureteral stones less than 1 cm and having an indication for drug therapy Age over 18 years Consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having simultaneous BPH Having urethral stricture Having conditions that contraindicate the use of corticosteroids such as uncontrolled blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, history of MI in the last 6 months Severe hydronephrosis Having a history of urological intervention Pregnancy Having a single kidney Accompanying fever with renal colic Having a history of ckd Having contraindications to tamsulosin use
