Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The first drop of iron taken by the patient The tradition to be studied is 4 to 6 months Be exclusively fed with breast milk Parent's consent to enter the study and perform three sampling sessions Having iron deficiency anemia is a problem of the World Health Organization Absence of underlying disease, especially infectious agents or any positive or negative confounding factor is mentioned in the four laboratory characteristics.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of taking other iron supplements history of using powdered milk Lack of parental consent Inability to tolerate drops by the infant Infant suffering from diseases that distort laboratory indicators
