Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: primiparous Age range from 18 to 35 years Literate to read and write Gestation age 37 to 42 weeks singleton Cephalic presentation The baby weighs between 2500 and 4000 grams No alcohol, smoking and drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Failure to visit on the designated days (5th and 10th day after delivery) Allergy to sanguisorba minor ointment Not using sanguisorba ointment regularly Presence of perineal hematoma in the first 24 hours after delivery Fever and puerperal infection
