Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having functional constipation according to the ROME criteria BMI more than 25 Consent to enter the study Age between 18 and 45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients, breastfeeding People allergic to aniseon Hemorrhagic diseases and underlying chronic diseases History of peptic ulcer or reflux disease or irritable bowel syndrome History of surgery in the esophagus, stomach and intestines

MeasureTime frame
The times of defication. Timepoint: The frequency of defecation at the beginning of the study and the end of each week for 4 weeks. Method of measurement: Frequency of defecation questionnaire.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Consistency of faeces. Timepoint: Examining stool consistency at the beginning of the study and at the end of each week for 4 weeks. Method of measurement: Stool consistency questionnaire.
