Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age from 40 years and above Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes Knowing the Persian language have not received a similar intervention from researchers or health professionals

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having leg ulcers or gangrene in the lower limbs Acute heart disease A known case of DVT Chronic kidney disease Parkinson's diagnosis or taking medications that cause tremors

Ankle-brachial index score (ABI). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 14 days after the start of the intervention.
