Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having at least 6 months of dialysis experience and at least 3 times a week- Ability to move without assistance No history of surgery in the last 3 months Stability of blood pressure during dialysis Physical ability to participate in sports activities through a questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of known ischemic disease History of myocardial infarction and angina pectoris in the last 6 months The presence of lung disease that requires artificial oxygen History of stroke or transient ischemic attacks in the last 3 months The presence of a disorder in the musculoskeletal system of the legs that prevents the desired exercises Symptomatic cardiovascular disease in the last 3 months Use of beta blockers Not doing regular exercise in the last 3 months Absence of more than 2 sessions of sports training Improper physical condition during exercise (changes in blood pressure, dyspnea) Decreased level of consciousness and dizziness

Timepoint: Muscular endurance should be measured 48 hours before the start and 48 hours after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Sitting and getting up from the chair test.;Muscle ability. Timepoint: Muscle strength should be measured 48 hours before the start and 48 hours after the end of the study. Method of measurement: The total amount of weight moved.;Static balance. Timepoint: Measurement of static balance should be 48 hours before the start and 48 hours after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Stork test.;Physical performance. Timepoint: Physical performance should be measured 48 hours before the start and 48 hours after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Two minute walk test.;Adequacy of dialysis. Timepoint: Dialysis adequacy should be measured 48 hours before the start and 48 hours after the end of the study. Method of measurement: KT/V criterion.;Blood sodium.
