Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women with lower cross syndrome Past non-participation in regular sports and aerobic activity for at least 3 months Age range 18-30 years The lordosis angle above 34/91 to 58/93 degrees for girls 24-18 years, the lordosis angle above 36/23 to 64/38 degrees for girls 30-25 years (Using the Yudas scale) BMI 20- 25
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having low back pain with orthopedic cause A history of regular sports activity Suffering from other postural abnormalities affecting the research process such as hyperkyphosis, scoliosis Injury and causing pain during the research process Absence of more than two training sessions

| Reducing lumbar lordosis angle. Timepoint: The tests related to the research will be conducted one week before the start of the exercises as a pre-test and one week after the end of the exercises (after 2 months) as a post-test. Method of measurement: Lumbar lordosis angle is done using a flexible ruler.;Range of motion of the spine. Timepoint: The tests related to the research are conducted one week before the start of the exercises as a pre-test and one week after the end of the exercises (after 2 months) as a post-test. Method of measurement: The range of motion of the spine is performed using the twice modified Schuber test.;Hip range of motion. Timepoint: The tests related to the research are conducted one week before the start of the exercises as a pre-test and one week after the end of the exercises (after 2 months) as a post-test. Method of measurement: The range of motion of hip flexion and extension is performed using a goniometer.;The electrical activity of the gluteus maximus muscle, biceps femoris and erector spinae in hip hyperextension movement. Timepoint: The tests related to the research are conducted one week before the start of the exercises as a pre-test and one week after the end of the exercises (after 2 months) as a post-test. Method of measurement: The electrical activity of gluteus maximus muscle, biceps femoris and erector spinae in thigh hyperextension movement is performed by electromyography device synchronized with motion analysis device. | — |
