Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes who have symptoms related to peripheral neuropathy. Ability to cooperate and communicate. No history of thyroid gland disorders. Not currently using medications that significantly reduce neuropathic symptoms, including:• Tricyclic antidepressants• SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors)• Anticonvulsants (e.g., Gabapentin is allowed)• Muscle relaxants• Painkillers (only mild or non-neuropathic ones are allowed)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe allergy or unwillingness to consume garlic and broccoli extract Neuropathy caused by proven reasons other than diabetes Diagnosed hypothyroidism Having type 1 diabetes Pregnancy or breastfeeding Unwillingness to participate, or failure to comply with medical and dietary instructions
