Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to cooperate Age range from 20 to 50 years overweight (body mass index 25-29.9 kg/m2) Absence of cardiovascular, lung, allergy, diabetes, liver-kidney failure and cancer Not having any physical injury and inability to perform the protocol of combined exercises Not taking any medicine or supplement during the last three months before the study No alcohol, smoking and tobacco use Not having any allergy to dark chocolate and its ingredients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to consuming dark chocolate Pregnancy, breastfeeding and menopause Smoking and any therapeutic intervention affecting laboratory results Injury caused by sports training Allergy to dark chocolate Having any diseases and hormonal disorders Reluctance to participating in sports training

Lactate dehydrogenase enzyme. Timepoint: Measurement of lactate dehydrogenase enzyme 48 hours before intervention and 48 hours after the end of eight weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Blood test and serum level of lactate dehydrogenase enzyme.;Reactive protein c. Timepoint: Measurement of reactive protein c 48 hours before intervention and 48 hours after the end of eight weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Blood test and checking the serum level of reactive protein c.;Creatine phosphokinase enzyme. Timepoint: Measurement of creatine phosphokinase enzyme 48 hours before intervention and 48 hours after the end of eight weeks of intervention.
