Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PS 0-1 Non-smoker or Ex-smoker No laryngeal abnormality unilateral glottic Cancer on DLB (cT0-T2 ) SCC by punch Bx Signed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: suspecious lymph node on neck ultrasound previous radiotherapy to neck previous TLM or other surgery for the index cacner

MeasureTime frame
Acue and chronic toxicity of treatment. Timepoint: Before each treatment session, One week after the last fraction and then monthly for six months and then quarterly for 2 years. Method of measurement: Physical examination.;Lack of disease progression, which is assessed by laryngoscopy and imaging to measure the largest diameter of the tumor, and compared with previous imaging and laryngoscopy. If there is more than 25% increase in size in any of them, it is considered disease progression. Timepoint: One week after the last fraction and then monthly for six months and then quarterly for 2 years. Method of measurement: Physical examination.
