Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Gestational age 28-34 Not having galactosemia or other contraindications for feeding with human milk Absence of congenital infection suspected of TORCH (toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytomegalovirus, herpes, hepatitis, coxsackie, syphilis, varicella zoster, human immunodeficiency virus, Paro (B19) Absence of left heart hypoplastic syndrome, aortic arch obstruction, common arterial trunk, and aortopulmonary window, which cause intestinal ischemic necrosis. Ruling out other differential diagnoses such as volvulus, intussusception, fibrocystic meconium ileus, and spontaneous intestinal perforation (SIP)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Discharge of the newborn before the end of the study Infant death before completion of the study Infant NPO in the minimal enteral feeding group
