18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ejection Fraction more than 35% The age range is between 18 and 70 years. Having consent to participate in the study. No allergy to Dexmedetomidine or receiving it one week before surgery. No previous sternotomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complex heart surgery Emergency surgery Redo heart surgery History of kidney or liver disease

MeasureTime frame
Measuring lactate levels. Timepoint: In this study, serum lactate levels will be measured at several critical time points:Before surgery, every hour during surgery, upon ICU admission, every 12 Hours for 24 Hours Post-ICU Admission. Method of measurement: Lactate levels can be determined by obtaining heparinized venous and arterial blood samples and sending them to the laboratory for blood gas analysis using the Techno Medica device.
