Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Glaucoma patients Patients with uncontrolled intraocular pressure despite maximum medical treatment Patients with some degrees of cataracts in examination Patients who are candidates for viscocanalostomy surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of eye surgery Patients with intraocular pathologies interfering with repair (such as uveitis)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Intraocular pressure. Timepoint: The first week, the first month, the third month and the sixth month after surgery. Method of measurement: By Goldman's tonometer.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Cup to disc ratio of optic nerve head. Timepoint: sixth month after surgery. Method of measurement: Indirect fundoscopy with 90 diopter lens.;Best corrected visual acuity. Timepoint: The first week, the first month, the third month and the sixth month after surgery. Method of measurement: By Snellen chart and corrective lenses.;The number of medications taken by the patient. Timepoint: The first week, the first month, the third month and the sixth month after surgery. Method of measurement: By reviewing the patient's file.
