Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female gender Age over 18 years Willingness to participate in Gestalt group therapy Obtaining a score related to severe or moderate depression on the Beck Depression Scale Take the score related to extreme to moderate stress on the DASS_21 scale Living in Mashhad Obtaining a score related to low and medium self-esteem in the Rosenberg self-esteem scale
