Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with trigger finger and its associated functional impairment diagnosed by clinical examination VAS 5 or more Resistant to conservative treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 70 Infectious illness or fever in the last few days Any type of bone disorder, bone or joint damage in the fingers G6PD Uncontrolled thyrotoxicosis Serious cardiovascular instability Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Pain score in VAS. Timepoint: 0,1,3months after injection. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale.;Physical activity. Timepoint: 0,1,3months later.
