Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients are eligible if they are aged above 18 years (male and female). Confirmed diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Stable clinical condition. No Contraindications to Exercise: No severe musculoskeletal or neurological impairments. Ability to Complete Study Protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe or ongoing cardiovascular events. Major surgical intervention. Known allergy to reflexology. Severe Renal or Hepatic Impairment. Severe Psychiatric Disorders. Active or Uncontrolled Infections.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Control of primary hemodynamic parameters, within normal range. Timepoint: Primary hemodynamic parameters measured 15 min before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Sphygmomonometer and pulse oximeter to measure primary hemodynamic parameters.;Reduce and conrol of the fatigue, within normal range. Timepoint: Fatige measured 15 min before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Fatigue visual analogue scale to measure fatigue.;Decrease level of anxiety and control, within normal range. Timepoint: Anxiety level measured 15 min before and after intervention. Method of measurement: State- trait anxiety inventory score to measure anxiety level.
