Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with isolated organ trauma referred to the emergency room According to numerical pain measurement criteria, they should have more than 5 out of 10 Complete consciousness of the patient Age 18 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of drug sensitivity to morphine and dexmedetomidine Outside the age range of 18-65 years According to numerical pain measurement criteria, they should have less than 5 out of 10 Lack of complete consciousness of the patient Unstable hemodynamics (systolic pressure below 90 and heart rate above 70) Previous history of drug addiction

MeasureTime frame
Pain control in long bone fractures in adult patients. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 10, 20 and 30 minutes after the drug. Method of measurement: Pain control questionnaire with score numerical scale.
