Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, when the patients are on the examination table and ready to undergo colposcopy
a virtual reality headset and two handles are provided to them and the researcher teaches the patient how to use them. After the patient puts the headset on her face and enters the simulated beach spa

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Literacy of reading and writing Iranian nationality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of seizures or epilepsy Having mobility, vision, or hearing problems that prevent the person from using a virtual reality headset Visual impairment Speech disorder
