Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness and informed written consent to participate in the study Being over 18 years old Be able to read and write The family caregiver should be considered as the main caregiver of the client who is responsible for all the responsibilities of the patient Be careful to communicate with the elderly at least eight hours a day. The caregiver should only have the duty of caring for a chronic patient in the family
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Caregiver participation in other research projects The caregiver's suffering from mental and physical disorders in such a way as to cause dysfunction Caregiver is a member of the health team

Method of measurement: Quality of life questionnaire (sf-36) This questionnaire has 36 questions. Lower scores indicate lower quality of life and vice versa, so scores for each dimension range from zero to 100. Zero is the worst and higher scores indicate better quality of life.;Care Burden. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, two months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Zarit care burden questionnaire. This questionnaire contains 22 questions, the minimum score is 0 and the maximum score is 88, and a higher score indicates greater psychological pressure. | — |
