Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Depression and Anxiety score in Depression, Anxiety and Stress Symptoms Questionnaire (DASS-21). Timepoint: Once before the start of the study, the second stage two months after the start of the study, the third stage 4 months after the start of the study (that is, at the end of the intervention) and the fourth stage 2 months after the end of the intervention will be done for follow-up. The depression subscale includes statements that measure unhappy mood, lack of self-confidence, hopelessness, worthlessness of life, lack of interest in conflict in affairs, lack of enjoyment of life and lack of energy and strength. The anxiety subscale has expressions that try to evaluate physiological hyperarousal, fears and situational anxiety, and the stress subscale includes expressions such as difficulty in achieving relaxation, nervous tension, irritability and restlessness. This questionnaire has already been used and validated in several studies in medical sciences. Among these studies, we can mention the efforts of Dr. Sahibi and his colleagues (2004), who confirmed its validity in the Iranian population and pointed out that this tool meets the necessary conditions for use in psycholo
