Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be elderly(60 - 75 years) Be female Have knee arthritis(pain, joint stiffness and inability to move) Do not have surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-attendance during the pre-examination Subject's unwillingness to complete the training program Have certain diseases. Absence of more than 3 sessions

MeasureTime frame
The effect of six weeks of multimodal exercises. Timepoint: before start. Method of measurement: Seca 206 wall-mounted scale will be used to measure the height factor. Frolic hand scale made in China will be used to measure weight. Postural index: Postural control with a summarized test to evaluate balance systems. Physiological factors: resources available in the regional health center. Using the government's plan entitled "National Health Survey", the data recorded for blood pressure and fat will be used by fasting blood tests in health centers.) Psychosomatic factors: Geriatric Anxiety Questionnaire (GAI) and Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS) will be measured. Motor performance: Walking speed will be measured with the TUG test.
