Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 12 to 18 years Adolescents with parents diagnosed with mood disorder according to DSM 5 Written consent of parents or primary caregivers to participate in group meetings Willingness to attend the program Absence of psychiatric illness in adolescents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two sessions in the group Adolescent suffering from psychiatric illness Reluctance to continue attending meetings

Life satisfaction score in Heunber questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 8 weeks later after the end of group counseling sessions. Method of measurement: Huenber Life Satisfaction Questionnaire.;Self-control score in Tanji questionnaire. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study and 8 weeks later after the end of group counseling sessions. Method of measurement: Tanji self-control questionnaire.
