Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: being female age range of 30 years and above body mass index above 25 years lack of regular physical activity in the last 6 months having atherosclerotic risk factors according to the guidelines of American heart association American college of cardiology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoking unstable angina pectoris decompensated heart failure myocardial infarction in the past 4 weeks complex ventricular arrhythmias and orthopedic or neurological limitations to exercise.

MeasureTime frame
Micro RNA 146a, Micro RNA126. Timepoint: Before starting the training protocol, week 6, week 12. Method of measurement: FAVORGEN RNA miRNA isolation kit will be used for miRNA purification. This method is based on the selective binding of RNA molecules of different sizes to silica columns (silica-based fiber matrix) in the presence of different concentrations of ethanol. Inflammatory factors will be measured using ELISA method and special kits.
