Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years ASA class one or two Orthopedic surgeries that include clavicle, arm, forearm and wrist, thigh, knee, shin and ankle
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Allergy to Melatonin or Pregabalin BMI over 35 Anxiety disorders Addiction Chronic pain patients Liver or Kidney failure Cognitive impairments or Dementia Bleeding disorders Autoimmune diseases Operation which is lasted more than tow hours Breastfeeding or Pregnancy

| Average anxiety score of patients. Timepoint: Measuring the anxiety score of patients before induction of anesthesia, 1st, 2nd, 6th, 12th and 24th hours after surgery in each of the two groups. Method of measurement: According to Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).;Average pain intensity score of patients. Timepoint: Measuring the pain intensity score of the patients in the 1st, 2nd, 6th, 12th and 24th hours after the operation in each of the two groups.
