Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to participate in research favorable physical and mental condition to participate in the study and absence of illness at the same time to participate in the meetings

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having co-occurring disorders Receiving drug and psychological treatments during the last month or at the same time as the study Suffering from severe physical or mental illnesses and having a history of physical and mental illness The presence of psychotic symptoms Lack of interest in participating in research
