Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children should be in the age group of 5 to 8 years Children should be placed in Frankel cooperation group 3 and 4 Children do not have a history of dental treatment Need dental treatment under local anesthesia for infiltration of the maxilla for dental treatment. Children should not have any systemic, behavioral, speech or vision or hearing disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who do not cooperate at all and do not allow the use of intervention, and we find out during work, are not among Frankel's groups 3 and 4.

MeasureTime frame
Assessing behavior based on the FLACC scale. Timepoint: During the injection of anesthesia infiltration. Method of measurement: Grading based on FLACC scale.;Heart rate. Timepoint: 1- When the child is sitting on the dental chair and before using anesthetic gel 2- When using local anesthetic gel 3- While inserting the needle 4- After injection of anesthesia. Method of measurement: Pulse oximeter.;Wong-Baker FACES scale. Timepoint: After injection of anesthesia. Method of measurement: Marking the face by the child.
