Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring mechanical ventilation. Patients over 18 years old, Not having COPD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Death of the patient before 24 hours of admission to the ICU Loss criteria to follow up death of the patient The occurrence of drug sensitivity Patients less than 18 years old and more than 80 years old

Restlessness. Timepoint: Immediately after the end of the infusion and 1, 6, 12, 24 hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: The Richmond questionnaire.;Sedation of patients.
