Inclusion criteria: Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, Genetic investigation of non-mutant (K)RAS First episode of administration Cetuximab or Panitumumab

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactation Known history of allergy to vitamin k1 or Aloe Vera Patient's decision to leaving the project Uncontrolled side effects to original product or placebo
