Intervention 1: Intervention group: CBT group: The American CBTIM protocol is used for behavioral therapy, it consists of 6 sessions of 90 minutes and the patient is taught the sleep basics and sleep

18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: the age group of 18-45 No history of psychiatric disorders and underlying disease have at least 4 months of service left having sleep disorder(PSQI score more than 6)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of psychiatric disorders and underlying disease have at least 4 months of service left unwillingness of the person to participate in the study age more than 45 or under 18

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire score(from 21) will be calculated.those who have PSQI score more than 6 will enter the trial .and after completion of the treatment it will be reassessed . Timepoint: Before treatment and After treatment(1 month later). Method of measurement: The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).
