Interventions

Intervention 1: "Intervention group:" Three drops of spring orange scent made by Adonis Gol Daru company with ten percent concentration "Control group:" Using water as a placebo in the control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not having dialysis and catheterization Failure to recognize spring oranges and asthma Absence of diseases affecting the sense of smell Not using sedatives and hypnotics Absence of nervous and mental diseases Full consciousness of the patient Not using drugs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodynamic instability (changes in blood pressure and heart rate)
