Intervention 1: Intervention group: All patients are treated with real dry needling in the second week. Intervention 2: Control group: All patients are treated with sham dry needling in the first week

30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women with chronic stroke Age between 30- 65 years At least 6 months since the occurrence of stroke MMAS=1 for wrist flexor muscles No history of Botox injection in wrist flexor muscles in the last 3 months No contraindications for using dry needling Not having other neuromuscular disorders Ability to follow instructions and cooperate with therapist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient non-cooperation Presence of fixed deformity in the joint

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Severity of spasticity. Timepoint: Before any intervention, after the intervention of the first week, after the intervention of the second week. Method of measurement: Modified- Modified Ashworth scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Upper limb Activity. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, after the intervention of the first week, after the intervention of the second week. Method of measurement: Chedoke Arm and Hand Activity Inventory.;Alpha Motor neuron excitability. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, after the intervention of the first week, after the intervention of the second week. Method of measurement: H-Reflex latency.;Alpha Motor neuron excitability. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention, after the intervention of the first week, after the intervention of the second week. Method of measurement: Hmax/Mmax.
