Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any type of gallbladder disease that is treated through laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receive painkillers 24 hours before anesthesia Having diabetes and immunodeficiency Opium abuse Pregnancy or breastfeeding having mental retardation Conversion of laparoscopic surgery to laparotomy based on the conditions during surgery

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduce postoperative pain. Timepoint: 6, 12 and 18 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale (VAS).

MeasureTime frame
Nausea after surgery. Timepoint: Post surgery. Method of measurement: The duration of nausea in hours according to the patient.;Postoperative vomiting.
