Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in need of sinus lift surgery or bone grafting for implant placement, with healthy oral mucosa and absence of systemic diseases that are contraindications for prescribing implant surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient non-cooperation History of implant failure Pregnancy Sensitivity to light History of suffering from diseases that delay wound healing, such as diabetes, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immune system deficiency, corticosteroid use, smoking, alcohol consumption History of taking Antibiotics or Corticosteroids 2 weeks before surgery
