Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parents with children under 43 months Parents with a child referred from the health center who are susceptible to developmental delay in one of the five domains in the ASQ screening. Parents who have smartphones Parents with at least a high school diploma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parents with children who have a developmental composite score of less than 70 on the Bailey test Parents with no access/ability to use a smartphone
