Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: history of proved urinary tract infection neurogenic bladder age 5-15 years VUR grade I-III urinary tract partial obstruction (Partial UPJO-UVJO) history of UTI without an anatomic disorder Consent of the patient's parents or guardian to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: loss of patient follow-up Failure to use the prescribed treatments correctly Drug complication history of clean intermittent catheterization recurrence of urinary tract infection UTI in immunocompromised patients urinary tract infection in single kidney patients Severe Vesicoureteral Reflux ( grade IV and V )
